The World Toilet Organization is a global non-profit organization committed to improving toilet and sanitation conditions worldwide. Building a powerful global network of 235 member organizations from 58 countries, WTO draws members from all regions to present a unified force and a global voice to address the sanitation crisis.
Jack Sim, Founder of the WTO, has been elected as a Schwab Fellow of the World Economic Forum (2005) and an Ashoka Fellow (2007).
WTO was established in 2001 in Singapore.
