John Elkington and Soushiant Zanganehpour (a Canadian originally from Iran, who is finishing an MA at London’s School of Asian and Oriental Studies) have been developing a paper for the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) and the Commission of the European Communities (CEC) on the role of the private sector in tackling natural resource security challenges.
