Snapshot: Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli is the Founder of LEAP Africa and NIA Nigeria. Following her early years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, Ndid returned to Nigeria to fulfil her passion of promoting entrepreneurship and leadership development.
Ndidi is also the managing partner of the African Alliance for Capital Expansion (AACE) and has provided policy, start-up and advisory services to the World Bank, IFC, DFID, Ford Foundation, Oxfam International, UCAD, the Center for Middle East Competitive Strategy, the Nigerian Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Youth Development.
Organisation: LEAP Africa is a non profit organization, which is committed to inspiring, empowering and equipping a new cadre of African leaders. LEAP provides leadership, management and ethics training programmes, coaching services, awards and grants for youth, social entrepreneurs and business owners in eight cities across Nigeria. It is committed to equipping these critical stakeholders with the skills, tools and support that they require to serve as leaders and change agents.
