The program builds on the work reported in Phoenix Economy and The Power of Unreasonable People and aims to make a difference to leaders, practitioners, and decision-makers who are challenged to scale up the impact of their efforts.

What we are up to:

• Action: Through a Portfolio of projects and clients we are focused on creating results for entrepreneurs, foundations, investors and businesses.

• Research: Our 5-Stage Model is being evolved with pioneers around the world, to chart the scenarios, trajectories and blueprints of leading initiatives towards systemic impact. We think in terms of social ecosystems.

• Mindsets: An early series of Interviews has been key to our thinking, which explored how leaders see the practical and strategic challenges to scale up the impact of their game-changing initiatives.
