Volans is working in partnership with Accenture, The Doughty Centre for Social Responsibility and ageing expert David Metz in coordinating a series of workshops focused on the growing challenges and opportunities arising from demographic change.

The program is called The Second Half and involves  series of workshops and papers which explore the role of the baby boomers in shaping  new work models, new products and services, new approaches to marketing, and perhaps most importantly, new government  policies.
